What you can eat on the HCG Diet

Phase 2

Drink 2 – 4 litres of filtered water throughout the day.

Eat everything as described below. Do not skip meals. Your total intake will be about 500 calories consisting of protein, vegetables and fruit.

You can spread the food throughout the day to help with any hunger or blood sugar issues. You can have your allowable fruit for breakfast to assist in increasing blood sugar and increase energy. Since your total for the day is 500 calories, use the calories found in your 2 fruits, 2 proteins, 2 Melba toasts and then subtract that from the 500 calories. You then make up the rest of your 500 calories in vegetables.

If you are doing the 60 day plan you have 1000 calories consisting of 200g protein for lunch & dinner, vegetables and 4 fruits. You then make up the rest of your 1000 calories in vegetables.

 

Protein Selections

Choose only one protein for lunch and another for dinner. Never eat the same protein twice on the same day. Weigh out 100 grams prior
to cooking if you are doing the 23 or 42 day plan on 500 calories per day. If you are doing the 60 days plan on 1000 calories per day you have
200 grams of protein instead of only the 100 grams

● Beef
● Veal
● Chicken breast (No skin)
● Prawns
● Lobster
● Crab
● White Fish (Flounder, Sole, Sea bass, whiting, Nile perch)
● Egg whites
● Cottage cheese (No fat, No sugar)
● Tofu ( For vegetarians)

Vegetable Selections

Choose only one vegetable for lunch and another for supper never eating the same vegetable in the same day:

● Tomato
● Celery
● Lettuce of any kind
● Spinach
● Cucumbers
● Onions
● Cabbages
● Asparagus
● Chard
● Radishes
● Beet Greens
● Fennel

Canned Vegetable Selections

● Tomato paste ( No sugar)
● Organic tomato sauce ( No sugar)
● Organic canned Tomatoes ( No sugar)

Fruit Selections

You may have 2 fruit servings daily. You may only choose from the following:

● 1/2 Grapefruit
● 1 Handful of Strawberries
● 1 Small Orange
● 1 Small Apple ( avoid if you have low blood sugar )

Drink Selections

You are allowed to have 1 Tbsp.. Of milk per day while on Phase 2 of this diet program. You may only choose from the approved following:

● Approved organic teas from our website store HERE
● Yerba mate tea
● Green tea
● Smooth move tea
● Chamomile tea
● Soda water
● Water
● Skim milk

Other Selections

You may have 2 fruit servings daily. You may only choose from the following:

● Stevia sweet pleaser. ( You can buy this stevia in liquid form in may flavours from our  store) HERE
● Melba toast
● Grissini breadsticks ( Brand Vita vigor)
