Come on guys! It’s 2016, and we’re still on this topic? This not only benefits you, but by quitting smoking you also improve the lives of everyone around you with second-hand smoke. Though this New Year resolution will be challenging, you will come out as a new person with a healthier lifestyle. Plus, there are many support service available to help you stop smoking, you can even use e-cigarettes to ease the transition.
This is one of the most popular resolutions, especially after Christmas. When January hits, the gym is full will people trying to lose those kilos and get into proper shape. This is a great resolution if you want to increase your healthy and have a healthier lifestyle. Buy a monthly membership and set yourself a reachable goal, example, going to the gym three times a week. If you haven’t been to the gym before, we recommend getting a trainer for the first couple days to show you a program to help you lose weight effectively.
Spend more time with your loved ones
This may seem obvious to some but many people are so taken with their job, that they simply may not have much free-time. If you’re one of those people, a great resolution would be to make more time to see your family and friends, as these are important people in your life. You can do this by making an evening or day in your weekend, only for seeing friends and family.
