Please make sure your postage address, mobile phone number and email are correct and complete when you provide them in the checkout. HCG Diet Providers Australia will not be responsible for incorrect postage/shipping details. Your mobile phone number or email may be used by the Australia Post to contact you in case they have problems delivering your order. Making sure that you provide the right postal address where you would like your order delivered to by Australia Post helps to avoid postage loss and delays. If your order is returned to us due to a wrong address that was filled in checkout by yourself and your order is retuned back to us you will need to pay the return delivery fee of your order for it to be resent back to you via Australia Post.
Did you make an error in checkout? When you placed your order and filled in your details in checkout or you forgot to order something else and want it posted with your order and you need to fix it before your order is dispatched. Please send us an email as soon as possible with the correct details so that we can make sure your order is correct and is getting delivered with the right details.
When do orders get dispatched
When the funds are cleared you order status will be updated by us so if you login on our website you can check the status of your order if it’s been posted or pending to be posted out.
What do these mean
Awaiting Fulfillment: Your order is waiting to be packed ready for dispatch
Awaiting Shipment: Waiting to be delivered to Australia Post outlet for dispatch
Completed: Means your payment has been cleared and order is complete. Payment has cleared and your order has been posted out.
Shipped: Means your order has been received by Australia Post outlet and your order is on it's way to you.
We always do our best to get all orders out as soon as possible but sometimes there can be delay of payment not being cleared on the day of order placed or if you have paid via internet banking can take a few days to clear into our account. We work hard to ensure your order is dispatched as efficiently as possible and will endeavour to dispatch your order most of the time on the same day.
Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak periods.Most of the time orders are posted out on the same day unless an occasional delay has occurred with orders example due to high volume and sometimes be 1 - 2 days delay.
The terms and conditions of delivery by Australia Post vary from time to time and are beyond our control. We do not post out any orders on Friday's but from time to time if it's a special request may be able too.

Express Satchels are next business day 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends*) unless your postcode falls into Australia Post’s next day delivery zones. Express delivery to WA postcodes can take 3 – 5 business days (excluding weekends*)
Normal Satchels can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends*)
Please Note: It can take a little longer to rural areas via Normal and Express postage. WA Express delivery postcodes other than 6000 – 6005 approx. 3 – 5 business days (excluding weekends*)

Australia Post Delivery:
We use Australia Post Delivery service to deliver your order Australia Wide.
If you have not selected registered post in the checkout we will not take any reasonability if Australia Post does a safe drops and you did not get your order and they have proof of where it was left. We do recommend that you select registered post for peace of mind and you will need to sign for your delivery. If in the even of the delivery from Australia post does not show up you will need to contact Australia Post because once it has left us its in their hands to delivery your package.There are a few places to which Australia Post has conditional delivery, i.e. there may be weight limits due to subcontractors, high-rise building limits, remote location requirements, etc. Terms and conditions of delivery by Australia Post vary from time to time and are beyond our control.
When your order has been dispatched you’ll receive an email from our website to your email address you have provided us in your checkout which will either go to your email inbox or junk box so please check both of them. In the message it will include a unique tracking code so you can find out where your order is at any time and keep up to date.

When you have selected registered post in checkout and Australia Post go to deliver your order and you are not available to sign on delivery for your order, or other Australia Post conditional delivery restrictions apply, your order will be delivered to an Australia Post outlet for your collection where possible. You will be advised by a card in your mailbox when and where your order is available for collection. If you fail to accept the delivery of your order or don't pick it up from Australia Post outlet and your order is retuned back to us you will need to pay the return delivery fee of your order for it to be resent back to you via Australia Post.
Not Registered :
If you are not home at the time of your delivery by Australia Post they can leave your order in a "safe drop" as you have not selected registered post in your checkout the delivery driver does not require you to sign for it when its delivered.
What is a safe drop? The driver can leave parcel out of sight in a safe spot and they do take a photo for their proof of leaving a safe drop; however we will not take any responsibility if you do not receive it for any reason if you choose not to select to have registered post in our checkout process and for your parcel to be left unattended.
Most of the time we do apply a red sticker on the front of the satchel that says: Delivery Instructions: If unable to deliver parcel to addressee DO NOT SAFE DROP and to card parcel to the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection. As we would rather not leave your parcel sitting around for anyone to just grab. For extra peace of mind on the delivery of your order we do recommended to all customers to add Registered postage option in the checkout for as little as $3.00 which you would need to sign for on delivery of your order.
If any issue arises due to the delivery of your order you will need to contact Australia Post on: 13 13 18 and provide them with your tracking number details we provided with and advise them of what has happened so that they can investigate what has happened.
Do you post overseas?
We have had a few customers who haveplaced an order which are based overseas but have provided us with an Australian postal address for the delivery for their order to be posted to them within Australia.
This is ok but if you live overseas and place an order on our website and you also do not provide us with an Australian postal/shipping address and instead provide us with an overseas postal/shipping address we will not process your order as we only post within Australia only. We do not post overseas at this time.
If there is damages:
Please inspect all items in the Australia Post satchel when your order has been delivered. In case of any damage to packaging, make note of it straight away and email us straight away. If any items arrive damaged which is very rare, should this unfortunately happen to you, please send photos of the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive; if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery if registered postage.
If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com , we will review it and work out the best course of action to take. In the event of a damaged item(s).
Products have all different weights or sometimes some products are bigger than others in size. Orders placed the checkout system will automatically calculate the cost to achieve postage to the cheapest way possible and to fit into the right satchel bag which will fit all items in checkout.
If the checkout has charged more postage but we can fit the products all into a smaller satchel we will put something else into the satchel to make up the difference in the postage cost that was charged.
