We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been shipped/posted due to the nature of the products offered, hygiene, health and safety reasons or change of mind . We will not take any reasonability if Australia Post has done a safe drop or not delivered if you have not selected registered post (you sign for) as we have provided this option in checkout and if you have not taken that option you take that risk. If you did not take the option of having registered post and your order is missing while in the hands of Australia Post you need to contact them straight away to find out where they put it or where it is as it may be at the post office waiting for you to pick it up.
